1. Introduction

At SupportMeNepal, we aim to provide schools with reliable and effective digital solutions. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which you may cancel your subscription and request a refund, if applicable.


2. Free Trial Period

We offer a free trial period of 30 days for schools to evaluate our platform before making any payment.

  • No payment is required during the trial period.

  • No refund requests will be applicable for trial usage.

  • If you choose not to continue, you can simply stop using the service — no cancellation is required during the trial.


3. Paid Subscriptions

Once a school subscribes to a paid plan, the following terms apply:

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance (monthly, quarterly, or annually as agreed).

  • Payments are non-refundable, except in special cases (see section 4).

  • Access to all premium features is granted immediately after payment.


4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted only under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate payment: If the same school account is charged more than once.

  • System malfunction: If the platform was not accessible for more than 5 consecutive working days due to a verified issue on our side.

  • Billing error: If a mistake was made in the invoicing amount or plan.

⚠️ Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the payment date. After this window, refunds are not guaranteed.


5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at help@supportmenepal.com with the following details:

  • School name

  • Registered email or phone number

  • Invoice number or payment reference

  • Reason for refund request

Our support team will respond within 3–5 business days to evaluate the case.


6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team.

  • Cancellation means your school will lose access to premium features after the current billing cycle.

  • No refunds are given for partial months or unused days after cancellation.

  • All data will remain available to you until the end of the billing period.


7. Data Retention After Cancellation

After cancellation:

  • Your school’s data will be stored for 30 days, during which you can request an export.

  • After 30 days, data may be deleted from our servers permanently.

To request a data backup, please contact help@supportmenepal.com before the retention period ends.


8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the updated policy.
